SOCIAL NETWORK PAGES TO BE INVESTIGATED WHEN APPLYING FOR VISA

Trump's rule says you want to start collecting social networking history around everyone who wants to enter the US.
The proposal, issued by the foreign ministry, will require many among visa applicants to provide their Facebook account details with Twitter

They will have to disclose the names of all their social network accounts used over the past five years.
Such information will be used to identify and explore immigration visa and non-immigration visas.
Visa applicants will also be asked about the telephone number they have used in the past five years, with their letter to their travel history.

They will have to say if they have never been refunded from their country of origin, or if any of their relatives had ever participated in terrorism.

The proposal will increase the burden on travelers whose countries have no contract with the Visa  withdrawal. This proposal will not affect citizens from countries where the United States has granted a visa - amongst UK, Canada, France and Germany. However citizens from countries that have not been awarded such status as India, China and Mexico can find themselves in difficult situations if they visit the US professional or at rest.

Under the law enacted in May last year, officials were asked to investigate the pages of social networks of people if they only feel that "such information is needed to verify identity or to make a more comprehensive investigation for national security," said the ministry external things at one time.

The proposal comes after President Trump promises to execute a 'serious investigation' 'for foreign citizens entering the United States, which he said was one of the anti-terrorism strategy.
"Strengthening the detective rates for visa applicants is a task that should be done well to deal with the present threats," explained the statement of the foreign ministry, quoted by The New York Times.
"We are already requesting a few visa inquiries such as applicant's history, family information, and original addresses from all visa applicants.

Trump defends Sweden The collection of all these reports from visa applicants will strengthen our process of investigating these migrants and confirming their identity. "

This idea will have to be approved by the Administrative Office and the US budget.

The public will have two months to comment on this proposal before it is taken into account by the official decision of its implementation.

However, civil society activists have rejected this policy as saying that it is an intervention on personal matters that could affect the freedom of speech.

"People will now begin to think about whether what they are saying online will be taken or misunderstood by a government official," said Hina Shamsi from the American Civil Liberties Union.
"We are also scared about how Trump's attitude towards the right or wrong words' 'related to terrorism activities' because the terrorism was politically and could be used for immigrants who did not commit any wrongdoing," he said.

Social networks associated with the proposal include Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit and YouTube. However, The New York Times reports that foreign networks such as China's Weibo and Russia VK will also be included
