CAN WORLD PEACE EVER ACHIEVED IN THIS WORLD? IF NOT WHY? IF YES HOW?

To balance one equation we generally imbalance another. Consider this puzzle as a super complicated Rubik's Cube. Think of a Rubik's Cube where a single move has repercussions over another state. Also here, the squares of Rubik's Cube have a mind of their own. They change colours as they see fit. Most importantly, there is a lack of commanding third entity trying to solve the cube, here the cube is solving itself. When you think of the situation in these analogies, you know how hard it is to acquire the state where everyone is happy.  

To me, the World Peace will never achieved due to the following reasons.

Unequal Distribution of Resources

The resources in the world are not equally distributed. Some have oil, some have rare earth metals, some have ample rains and fertile lands, some have manpower and labor. Having such diversity coupled with average human tendencies of greed, selfishness etc. matters become worse. These resources are not easily quantifiable in relation to others, no matter how hard economists try. This disparity will always exist and lead to conflicts of various scales.

Lack of Common Goals

In a school when there is no teacher or no unifying assignment, it is often seen that children make groups and spend time differently which may or may not result in fights and troubles. There needs to be a unifying cause to make the world unite in thought. Think of something like a meteor striking the earth. Think of global epidemics like Ebola. Times like these, you'd see people/nations/governments/NGOs aligning towards a common goal. When such a common goal is achieved, we go back to fighting our individual quarrels. This is a typical human tendency, and there is no solution to it.

Religion Differences

Also differences in the Religions will made the World not to achieve peace until the end the of the World. Imagine the strong difference which exists between Islamic Religion and Christians, Also think of the strong conflict which exist between Islamic themselves. Do you think this difference will come to end? WORLD PEACE IN UNACHIEVABLE DREAM.
